You acknowledge that you are responsible for seeking appropriate medical or mental health support when needed, and that your participation in any session or program is entirely voluntary. You remain fully responsible for your physical, mental, emotional, financial, and spiritual wellbeing at all times.
2. Personal Responsibility Agreement
By using this Website or engaging in any services, you acknowledge and agree that:

4. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations
We understand that life happens, and we aim to approach scheduling with flexibility, respect, and mutual care. At the same time, Marta’s time and presence are valuable, and session spaces are intentionally held for you. If something unexpected or serious happens, please contact us as soon as possible.
Missed 1:1 sessions without prior notice are forfeited
Session rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice
Group programs, workshops, and containers are non-refundable once participation begins
Payment plans must be completed in full unless otherwise agreed in writing
Marta commits to:
Showing up fully present and prepared for every session
Communicating clearly and in a timely manner
Meeting cancellations and rescheduling requests with fairness and compassion
We ask the same level of respect in return.
This policy exists not to be rigid, but to create clarity, trust, and mutual responsibility. Thank you for honouring both your time and mine.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials available on www.genuinewave.com - including but not limited to coaching course content, programs, sessions, videos, meditations, written materials, PDFs, branding, images, design, and text - are the exclusive intellectual property of Marta Soto and The Genuine Wave.
